Courses
Which levels do you teach?
We support CEFR levels A1 to C2. Intensive group courses run from A1 to C1. Ask about private learning or exam preparation at C2.
How do I find my level?
Take our free online placement test, which takes about 20 minutes, then have a 15-min call with a teacher. See the placement test page.
How many learners are in a group?
Intensive group courses have a maximum of 8 learners and include 20 h of lessons per week.
Online and AI
Can I learn online with a real teacher?
Yes. Live online one-to-one costs 39 €/hour or 350 € for a 10-hour pack. AI + Teacher includes 2 live 45-min lessons per month; Intensive includes 4.
How do I know when I am talking to AI?
You always know when you are talking to an AI. The AI never grades official exams. A teacher reviews your progress. Data is used only for your course; see privacy details.
Can I cancel an AI plan or try it first?
Monthly plans have no commitment: cancel any month. 7 days of AI Tutor free is to be confirmed. The placement test is free. Ask us to confirm any trial conditions.
Booking and payment
How do I book?
Use pre-registration to tell us your preferred course and dates. We will confirm your place by email.
Can I pay online now?
Online payment opens soon. Pre-register today and we will confirm your place. Secure card payment by Stripe is planned.
What are the cancellation rules?
Monthly plans can be cancelled any month. Course refund rules and the applicable statutory withdrawal rights are set out in the terms template, which Easy French must validate before publication. Ask for confirmed conditions before booking.
Life in Marseille
Can you help me find accommodation?
Yes, we can discuss accommodation search help. This is included in the full immersion week. Accommodation costs are not included, and availability and provider conditions need separate confirmation.
Are cultural activities included?
The full immersion week includes cultural activities. Easy French also has a social and cultural programme in Marseille. Ask what is available during your dates and whether other activities have a separate cost.
Where will my lessons take place?
